I worked with Anissa and her team on the preparation and sale of my client's home in extraordinarily challenging circumstances : the owner had advanced dementia and had to move overseas to be cared by family abroad. I was left with the all the personal effects, contents and house to sort, ship and sell in that order. Cantell & Co did the most professional job possible with the marketing of the Richmond family home and managed to achieve market price and completion in just 5 weeks. My client wrote to Anissa directly but cc'd me so I can use this here : "Thank you for your efficiency, professionalism and personal attention. The manner in which you and Cantell & Co have conducted themselves, confirmed that you were the right agent to sell my mother's property. I would be happy to recommend Cantell & Co to others." To my client's words, I can only say, "Hear hear!"
