We lived at the property for two and a half years. During that time we had an excellent working relationship with all of the staff at Leaders in Gosport. Lil and also Helen and Kym were always helpful, friendly and polite. In addition, we always paid our rent on time, looked after the property to a very high standard and received excellent service and glowing tenant reports during our tenancy.
However., on moving out, the amount of time they have taken to repay our deposit has been totally unacceptable. Lil has tried her very best to mediate between ourselves and their accounts department, but there really has been NO clear explanation as to why we are STILL waiting for reimbursement of it 11 days after we moved out although the amount to be returned HAS been aggreed. It would seem they are very quick and eager to take your money but as slow as possible to pay it back. Although I have asked several times for an explanation as to what the hold up is, I have simply been given \'grey\' answers of the \'it is being processed\' type. Shocking treatment of very good and loyal tenants.
What agent could do to change your mind?
To be more tranparent of exactly where the process of reimbursement of Tenancy deposit was.
