I own a flat in the house where they are letting a flat in. They are very rude, and very economical with the truth to their prospective clients. In fact they are as far as I am concerned bully boys and say anything to get a let and then completely deny it. The people they employ are very unpleasant and very aggresive to the point of making physical contact.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They should take their job more seriously and present all offer's fairy. They should not favour anybody or any offers as it isn't their job - it's the vendors. Their job is to present offers, which in this case, wasn't even done for some bidders.Attached Filesnbsp;
