The most harrowing experience in terms of maintenance of the flat. The flat had hot water problems so many times and only used to get fixed after a week or so (and this too after repeated phone calls to the team). The worst part is they take 4-6 weeks to refund your own deposit which is against the law.
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agents only think till letting out the flat and don\'t care whether the customer will stay or not. I think this is a recurring theme. But, this agent is worse as they don\'t care about yr maintenance issues.
