Becky was great with our negotiation and answering all of our questions. Loren was instrumental in our house purchase as it could well have fallen through if it wasn't for her communication skills and helpfulness. We found all staff members very helpful and friendly and we had a very positive house buying experience with them.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
