Found these negative reviews comforting (in a perverse kind of way). At least I know its not just me (as a tenant) that gets the initial rubbish, then silent, treatment from Ludlow Thompson and their outsourced management agents, Mainstay.
The lack of direct contact is appalling and the apparent inability to deal with any problem makes me wonder what they do all day.
The only way to get resolve seems to be to directly involve the landlord. A good landlord will at least try to sort out the problems, and they will then be made aware of what little Ludlow Thompson do for their money.
I also find some of the positive comments on here dubious - Walworth says earlier that these are probably posted by landlords/tenants who dont have the management service.
Well I hope they are, and not an attempt of false representation by a vested interest, which is illegal under the Consumer Protection Act.
