if you want your property to be left in disrepair whilst they have charged you for regular inspections then this is the agent for you. Wide boy sits in his office perhaps he needs to get out and do some work.

I know what you mean he is like dick turpin but without a mask. This company needs to be investagated for fraud. Surly they can't breach there own contracts!! They just want your hard earned cash. Stay away from this estate agent ( check to see if they have put your deposit in the govenment protection one!!
