We chose Ryder and Dutton as a prospective agent to sell our property. We met with the Branch Manager Alex Fitton, who came to our property and was genuine and helpful from the get-go. We decided to choose the agent's on his personal touch alone (although his asking price was better than others had given!!).
We soon met with the other members of his team, Geraldine and Evangeline, who were extremely helpful and would always return calls and answer questions as soon as possible.
We then met with David, who took on our Mortgage search, this was a huge weight off our shoulders. After we got an offer which we accepted, this is where the help of the whole office came into their own.
We cannot thank Geraldine, Evangeline, David, Katie, Alex and the rest of the team enough for all they did for us. Nothing was ever any trouble, advice, questions, emails to and fro, always answered quickly and with positive outcomes. We are now sold and settling into our new home. Thanks to everyone at Ryder and Dutton for your help (the review page would only allow me to choose two names, wish I could have chosen all of you!!), couldn't have asked for more.

I was very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our service, bearing in mind that we managed to get you a mortgage which suited all of your requirements.
Unfortunately, when applying for a remortgage, we can only ever estimate the amount of money you will need to clear or "redeem" the existing mortgage, as the balance on your account changes every day. Therefore we can never provide exact costs until the Solicitor obtains your closing (redemption) balance.
