I have been in the rental business for 20 years and had been disappointed with previous local Estate Agents. My experience with William Charles was 1st class from my very first phone call to book my appointment, it was booked straight away and an email confirmation was sent to me. I received a confirmation call the day before confirming who would be visiting.
Gary & Yasmin arrived on time and ready with a pack detailing other properties for rent in the area, achievable rentals, their costs and the process they would follow if I was to choose them. There was no hard sell to sign on the spot (as I have previously had from other agents). All the viewings were completed by William Charles and the photos online were amazing.
Once the viewings and checks had been completed, I met two potential tenants at the property to see who I would like to rent the property too. Both tenants were exactly what I was looking for and it was a hard decision to choose between the two. The process following his was simple and move in was a quick and easy process.
I received my funds into my Bank Account account a few days later with a statement breaking down the costs (William Charles also completed an inventory for me, which was of a very high standard). I would not hesitate in using William Charles again for my rental needs and would recommend William Charles to my friends and family.
William Charles are transparent, clear and professional from start to finish.

Fees were on par with other agents, but I feel I received a much more professional service than I have from previous Agents.
