This was my first time selling, so I have no frame of reference - but as a hands on person I was keen to be involved - for which Yopa is perfect.
Aaron was enthusiastic and turned our listing around in double-speed time when we needed him to prioritise it. We were really impressed with the pictures he took as well.
I think these days most people can view evenings & weekends, for which the owners are usually there - so I think there is a lot to be said for handling the viewings yourself. I have no doubt Aaron would have done a great job, but I felt much more comfortable doing this myself.
When it came to managing the viewings, its easy to manage in the Yopa dashboard - but its not clear to the viewer that its the seller doing the showing, so I would recommend you mention that
when you confirm the appointments - as its encourages viewers and we were able to spend nearly an hour with some of them answering questions.
The offers are managed by the estate agent assigned to you, so Aaron dealt with all of that - however I still maintained communication with the seller throughout.
The only downside to Yopa is that its still new, so some of the viewers aren't familiar with buying in this process, so we had to guide the buyers on how to make an offer etc -- as most people would ring the estate agent, and they only had contact with us the owners at that point.
All in all, if you your property is a straightforward listing - and you dont need an agent to do the viewings, I would recommend!

I'm really sorry you received poor service from Guy, he is no longer within the Yopa business and has employment with a different estate agency in Cambridgeshire. I am upset at the accusations being made against me as they lack foundation.
With regards to my frustration at them not choosing me, they had asked me to come out on a Saturday morning to value their flat which I did. I gave them an estimated value based upon recent sale prices in the area.
