The whole experience of selling was dealt with efficiently and professionally. Excellent photographs and it was useful to use agents that know the area. Loren and Becky always returned calls promptly and kept me informed. I found they were supportive and helped to keep stress levels low. A thoroughly professional service.
Comment on agent fees
Perhaps a little high in today's market but the service made up for that.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
