Terrible service. They use admin company for renewals. The staff there appear not to have any idea. They do not follow the simplest of instructions which caused me a great deal of work and caused an excellent tenant a lot of unnessery stress. On transferring to another agent they informed me that they no longer have the inventory! When asked how they would deal if the tenant left.........Silence. Avoid if possible.
Comment on agent fees
Extortionate, they did not do a rolling tenancy but required me to pay for a new tenancy agreement each year. I have now found out that they were charging the tenant annually as well. High % charge for fully managed I had to remind them that 6 monthly visits and reports were required, on each occasion.
