A friend and I are both disabled and decided to rent a property together as we have similar needs. From the very beginning Stephanie and the other staff at Webbers were respectful of our situation and did their best to accommodate our needs, even though both of us would be claiming rent from the council and therefor didn't meet most landlords criteria. Stephanie explained that she would contact the landlord to explain why we were on benefits and that it wouldn't necessarily mean we couldn't rent a house together. True to her word, Stephanie explained our situation and the landlord accepted our application :-)
Most agencies wouldn't deal with us because of our situation (sharers and on benefits). Webbers were the ONLY agency that would and we're both very impressed with the level of service provided and are both very grateful to all staff, especially Stephanie, for everything they've done. I wish more people could see past the disability to the people it affects, it would make life a lot easier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Webbers to others and do so often.
