I'd like to start by saying it's hard to choose one member of staff at this branch, they are all amazing. Both Abbie and Gemma ( our main contacts) have been outstanding. The whole team are polite, efficient, accommodating, trustworthy and dependable. They communicate really well, were supportive throughout the ups and downs of selling our home. They have worked diligently for us.

Very poor communication. Do not answer the phone and definitely need training in customer communication. Made an appointment to view property and then they say not in diary. Someone needs to answer phone. Would not use Haart again....

We are attempting to sell our property with Haart Monmouth. Poor communication. Difficult to get hold of on phone ( not sure how people book viewings??). Poor levels of in branch staffing following the lockdown. Messages passed on from the concierge telephone number are ignored or ...
