The most appalling service that I have ever come across. Staff were clueless, unprofessional and constantly sugar coated a crap deal. The initial information given to the valuer (Vicky) were not communicated appropriately with the sales (Marcelle) who managed to pass false information onto the buyer. They failed to notice that no EPC was done on our flat even though it\'s a legal requirement to have the certificate within 28 days of it being on the market. It took them 8 weeks to contact us after an offer has been accepted with a confirmation letter of the value - which turned out to be different to the one given on the phone. No contact was made at this point to ask for our solicitor\'s details or give us any updates. When we started getting worried that a valuation and a solicitor were yet to be commissioned by the buyers at 9 weeks we called to check their progress. They avoided calls when the deal went quite just to turn around and tell us that the buyer doesn\'t have enough for the deposit. It was not a surprise when the deal fell through after wasting 10 weeks of our time!!
