Absolutely terrible, genuinely avoid these guys like the plague. They gave us the absolute minimum of help anytime anything was wrong with our flat and consistently blamed things on us that we had zero control over due to the terrible build of the flat they saw fit to rent. Slow responses to every request, very rude and generally did not care about anything except the money going into their account once a month. And to top it off, they made up a load of nonsense claims once we had left the flat in order to steal as much of our deposit away from us as they could too.
We lived in multiple flats all over London for over ten years and these guys were the absolute worst we had to deal with by a long stretch. Massively avoid.
