i was very impressed with the 1st class service i received from them both. i was made to feel very comfortable, which was during a very anxious time for me, i was always made to feel assured and that i always felt i was in very good hands. Because of the way my purchase was handled, the whole experience was no where as stressful as i first thought it would be. Dean Coates was brilliant!!! maybe its time to give knighthoods for deserving estate agents/brokers. Give him a try guys, seriously.
