Horrible agency.
I have been living in one of their properties for nearly three years and a half.
During all this period we have been investing lots of our own money to make this place cosy, clean and comfortable.
We definitely left the space in much better conditions than it was when we entered.
Just to mention few examples: painting and treating humidity problems on the walls. Dealing with rats epidemy in the garden. Booking a private company to collect tones of rubbish and to clean a VERY neglected garden from the previous years.
When we have tried to ask the agency to contact the landord to cover some expenses related on the house it has never been successful. For instance we have been asking for one year and a half to repair one of the locks in the main door. It has never happened.
Agency was always hidden behind the shoulders of an invisible landord: both showing zero committment for the flat and zero respect for the tenants who live in.
Therefore if you need to deal with problems with the boiler, broken lock, rats epidemy, etc...it is quite likely you will have to insist a lot for them to do something about it or better repair it with your own money..
The funny part: suddently the landord got awake after three years of silence when we moved out. Jon, on behalf of the invisible LANDOOORD, asked to cover the expenses to cut the grass for the new tenants.
They decided to deduct the money from our deposit to cover the gardener job!!! We tried to convinced Jon that after moving out this should be in charge of the next tenants, if they want to enjoy the garden.. we even sent to them some pictures how the 'garden' looked before caring of it three years ago (believe me: a jungle full of plastic bags containing rubbish, broken chairs,...) and how the garden became after investing our own money on it. Unfortunately they ignored this evidence and deducted anyway 420 pounds from our deposit to leave the garden ready to use for the new tenants.
Of course no proof of this bill....
Very disappointed to see how some people are earning money in such dirty way.
Avoid them!
