Loren and Becky were amazing during what turned out to be a rather difficult sale due to buyers dropping out further down the chain. Throughout the whole process all members of staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They deserve all the rewards they have received and we're sure there are many more to come. We would always recommend Helmores above any other local agent.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
