These agents have been completely useless to me and my partner. We rented a property from them for a year before moving onto a private landlord in a different property.
Problems:
They took a expensive admin fee which they then paid a independent firm to process. (so no work on there behalf)
The property was in disrepair and the start of our term.
Waited one week for a leak in the kitchen to be repaired. Three weeks for an oven to be replaced.
We left the property 2 months ago and still waiting for a quote to receive our deposit back.
Will never deal with them again.
