I made an offer on a house that was expected I was very clear to say that the property had to be taken off the market and they agreed.
One week later they come back to me saying that someone else is offering more and wanted me to make a another offer.
I told them where to go.
So unprofessional I would stay away from them if you can.

The worst experience with Portico. We wanted to rent 2bed flat. More than one week played with us. They received all the documents on time and still they need an other hundred.?! From 6 month bank statement they gave us wrong information. Their attitude... they need to get some customer service training! ...
