We found a new house for sale and arranged a viewing with them all very professional and very promptly handled. We fell in love with it straight away and instructed them to sell our house, and this was achieved within 24 hours of going on the market. We chose them even though we lived in rayleigh and had many closer agents on our doorstep. We had also used them for the sale of our previous house and found them exceptional and quality of service was second to none. Paul always returned our calls and kept us informed of every element of the sale and purchase of our properties. I would like to personally thank Colin Donovan and his team for everything.

We value customer feedback and always listen to see if our service levels can be improved. However on this occasion the information you have provided is incorrect.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

In the unlikely circumstance a client feels unhappy with our service we have a in house complaints procedure however failing this we subscribe to the National Association of Estate Agents and the Property Ombudsman who act as a third party to resolve disputes.
