These guys are absolute jokers, and have no idea about selling a property. I have sold a number of properties over the years and used different real estate agents. My recent experience with Bective Leslie Marsh (Notting Hill office), has been absolutely disgraceful. It is no wonder that online agents like Purple Bricks and Yopa are getting traction.
After listing the property for sale with Bective Leslie Marsh, the original agent I spoke with was nowhere to be seen. I was left with some junior person (or someone that clearly had no idea about selling a property) to deal with.
It was only after chasing numerous time, I would even be contacted about how the sale was going. This was often not more than a print-out from Zoopla! There was zero effort to sell the property; no suggestions on what could be done - even after asking if we should drop the selling price (below market) they didn't even respond. After complaining, I had a short phone call saying that they would provide regular feedback. Not apologising or even making an excuse for the ridiculously poor experience. However, after this, nothing again...

Dear PeterPlease fully identify yourself as we have no vendor of your name or profile in W2. The behaviour you suggest is not possible through this agency and so I strongly suspect this is a competitor unhappy with all our five star reviews. To all real people out there, please ignore this review and contact us to see for yourself our excellent service.

In these hard times , they have written to their suppliers that they want 25% of any invoices raised to them for services, totally outrageous and damn greedy , they wi probably rip off the landlords too!...

Hi Peter,
We are the tenants in the flat above Felicity’s. Completely understand your point that your agency is paid just to manage our flat but you are stretching the truth when you say repairs have been done to a good enough standard .. your agency took five days to address a leak that was going through electrical fittings.. advice from the fire brigade about the risk of a fire was dismissed.. and oh! Earlier this year we found a live electricity line under the other leaking bath tub ... BL ...
