I want to say that I have had a lot of negative experiences with people who claim to be experts or agents but Home agency Southampton has changed my perception and perspective that there truly are people who are professionals in this field. Not only was their process smooth and easy as they are indeed easy going people, but they know how to take care and manage of both parties ( Landlord and tenant) . I can speak for my landlord because i know for sure he is pleased as well I must say it was quite emotional leaving but it was only because it was for the better as I moved into my own property. Thank you Kevin and Phil for great Communication and friendly service experience. God Bless

I would like to respond to the above, the tenant above was in serious arrears. Access was impossible to gain the property was left in an incredibly poor state of repairs. Anyone thinking of letting to these tenants please don't. ...
