Renting through Tom and The Home Cloud has been a nightmare. I have requested call-backs which have not been returned more than once and had to wait more than a week for responses to emails.
Communication with this agency has been abysmal, others in our flat block have had similar experiences and if I wasn't so happy with the flat itself, I would have gone somewhere else. AVOID.
