I used the Imagine Group to procure a Buy to Let property which they duly did. I went on to use them to Rent and Manage the property for me before selling it on sometime later. In all the time I dealt with them they were always very helpful and prepared to go the extra mile.

Do not use Imagine estate agents to sell your property, they will waste your time and find you no buyers. We wasted money on solicitors and fees only to find out in 3 weeks nothing had progressed on the sale. We lost the property we were ...

Don't sign up for 1% fee. Ask for 1% fee INCLUDING the VAT or else you are paying them a rate of 1.5%!
