Having sold through this agent a few years ago , and having another property to sell, I was instantly drawn back to Hannells ,Mickleover, remembering from before there friendly welcoming smile , enthused with an eagerness to answer my head full of silly, or sensible questions sometimes more than twice a day, I think it's a man thing, now I know there are other agents out there and believe me I road tested a few but hannells were The best bar none , thanks again to all who me helped me through a stressful time in more ways than shake a stick at... thanks again. Cally, Eve, Sarah and Michelle , also to all those at your Allestree branch for helping me buy a new home they were equally as helpful xx

Good Afternoon, How disappointing that you did not attempt to contact me as the manager to raise/discuss your dis satisfaction, yet felt a compelling need to publish this instead, despite having spoken to me on more than one occasion throughout the sales process.
