We let a residential property that is managed by Ludlow Thompson.
As property managers, Ludlow Thompson have been the worst I have ever had to deal with.
They took a completely unacceptable length of time (over 2 months) to undertake critical repairs that were leaving the property unsecured and the tenants very inconvenienced.
Slow or no response to contact made by tenants and having to make repeat requests for repairs and maintenance is the norm.
All appointments for contractors to visit the property have to be attended by tenants - meaning repeatedly taking time off work. As the property managers, Ludlow Thompson never arrange or attend these appointments themselves - even with an office 5 minutes walk away.
We wonder if the landlord is aware of their poor service, and if he thinks the fee he pays for them to \'manage\' his property are fair...
