Appalling service. Having taken time off work to go to see a property, we were told five minutes before a viewing that the agent\'s car wouldn\'t start and that he would have to cancel. There was no other time offered and no real apology or any attempt to take a taxi / tube to the property. Frankly, I\'m surprised they ever manage to sell anything. Highly UNrecommended.
