Old fashioned attitude and not upto date with current legislation. After 40 years in the business current owner thinks he knows it all and is never in the wrong, so you never get an apology for the blunders they certainly do make. Their attitude is for you to go ahead and put the complaint up to their governing body, said with a don't care attitude.
