So the most valuable thing that a really good estate agent brings to the table is the ability to communicate to their sellers the true current market conditions and a reality based plan of action to sell your home for the absolute maximum that the current market allows...
That has certainly been our experience working with Stephen Kay and his wonderful team in Westbourne. Great premium listing exposure via Rightmove and social media, constant weekly updates through email, text and verbally specifying the actions taken to market the property and giving details of who has been shown the home and their conclusions afterwards, all this leading to a successful and timely sale.
We will also be using their property management services for our soon to be purchased income properties which I know they will handle equally well.
