To begin with nicholas humphreys were a good agency to be looking with and then they showed their true colours. The branch manager was always helpful with the original search for a house which we completed early. the problems began when we booked viewings for specific houses, i left a number with them that they used to tell me there agent would be late but they neglected to mention that the houses we\'d booked to see were no longer available. this information didnt become clear until i specifically asked when we were going to see those houses. in the end they showed us some other houses that suited us and we chose one (one of the few good points).
We decided to get this house after the agent had done nothing to sell it to us which meant we were lacking lots of information about the property. The real farse begins here, only 3 of us of 5 were available to pay a booking fee that day and nicholas humphreys took the numbers of the other 2 to arrange them coming in. after this they denied all knowledge of saying that. this attitude sums up their actions, they contradict each other and even themselves over a few days between visits you\'ll be told different things. such as suddenly having a security deposit after it had been a definite thing that we didnt need one.
they generally will just mess you about as much as possible by not knowing the field there working in and approaching it with the attitude of there being so many more students than houses so never caring about keeping the customers happy.
in general they have just lied and then conveniently change what there saying.
What agent could do to change your mind?
very little, according to her description on their website she is a caring and helpful worker so maybe she could actually behave like that and act with some level of proffessionality
