Agent tried to overcharge us and claimed that they had miscalculated the amount. Agents were unreponsive when I tried to enquire the overcharge.
Informed us that our tenancy had been terminated through the POST, as opposed to any prior warning that the property had gone on the market in the first place.
Did not inform tenants of repairmen/ names and details of maintencemen entering the property - highly inappropriate given that there are female tenants living in the property.
Delayed the move in date by one day because the property was in a mess and agents had not taken precaution to clean the property before new tenants arrived.
Poor service, lacks transparency. Avoid dealing with Willmotts.
