Wow what can I say apart from this saved me a fourtune in agents fees!

Matt was brilliant helping with the process and was never pushy trying to get us to accept offers. (Most agents want their commision - we paid upfront with no commision!) The online system was especially useful as I could check for people wanting to view and arrange viewing at work and go a text when a new prospective buyer wanted to view.
The whole process ran very smoothly even when we almost lost our buyer when we were all set to exchange. The chain was checked as we thought the chain was complete but the lady buying our house lost her buyer! She found a new buyer within a couple of weeks and the whole way through the 121move team supported us.

The conveyancer recommended (Premier Property Lawyers) we a breath of fresh air too. They were always available even upto 8pm at night and Emma Pinder our contact was excellent. She even helped settle a dispute over a built-in dishwasher at our new house that wasn\'t working when we moved in. The website also allowed us to track the status of both the buying and selling process and searches.

All in all highly recommended!
