If you are considering LETTING DON\'T USE THEM. Took a £300 deposit for a flat as well as fees to do a credit check which we passed with flying colours. A week before we were due to move in they said the landlord had changed his mind. I spoke to the Partner (WHAT AN ARROGANT TWAT) who refused to refund my deposit. They said they would try to find an alternative flat but I never heard from them again. Considering taking them to the small claims court now.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Refund my deposit. I un derstand I would lose the money for a credit check but the deposit was for a flat that was supposedly to let.
