Colin was excellent in managing the sale of my uncle's property. My uncle is a vulnerable adult due to developing dementia. Colin was courteous and respectful from the outset and gave a realistic appraisal of the likely sale price whilst preserving my uncle's dignity. He spoke of the potential of the property without emphasising the neglect which had occurred during my uncle's deterioration. He was helpful in keeping us constantly updated on the status of the viewings and the level of interest which allowed us to modify our sale price accordingly. He was also very helpful in giving numbers for local services such as house clearance, which made the task of supporting my uncle's move much easier. This painful process was hugely facilitated by Colin's exceptional care and attention- we cannot thank him enough
