In late June/ Early July of 2012, myself, a student, and two friends, also students, had put down a deposit for a house on Donnybrook Street for the next academic year, with the property agency 'Belfast City Properties.. However, due to unforseen circumstances, one of my friends had to drop out of the house, and so we had to work on getting our deposit back. We were unsure whether we would definitely get our deposit back, or have to give some sort of fee as we were being complained at by the landlord of the Donnybrook property to make a decision soon. We decided eventually to get the deposit back and go with another agency, and one of the staff members Ms.Mary McAuley at Belfast City Properties was very helpful and supportive in helping us to get our deposit back as well as providing advice on being a tenant in the property market. I would definitely recommend looking for a property Belfast Property People on the merits of Ms. McAuley.
