When renting a property the agent is pretty much chosen for you. We have had previous experience of agencies, however, Helmores and in particular our contact Mike were without doubt different. Our viewing was informative, any questions raised could be answered. Very professional approach, so much so that my husband and I spoke of it on our return journey home. We loved the property we viewed and advised Mike accordingly. From then on in we were advised and notified of what was happening and when it would happen. Completely seamless.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
