There are many flaws within this company, no least their awful customer service and complete lack of manners and respect for their tenants. If they don\'t like what your saying they just hang up. They are very nice up until after you have signed the contract and given them their money.

They consistently lie, loose keys, delay responses, theres a massive lack of communication within the company and will simply ignore emails that means they have to do something.

Leave repairs untouched for months stating that "no one else has complained about this", even when we knew everyone in the house had done so.
Also saying the same for repairs that needed doing in peoples bedrooms, so why would anyone else report this?

An instance of this lack of repair is the shower is broken (which to this day needs fixing), but instead they send people around to paint the back fence and re-tile the floor, as they have viewings on the way, they don\'t care about current tenants only about getting more money into their bank.

They say they have regular cleaners, which they do, but they rarely come around (once every 2 months at most) and seem to only do so when there is a viewing the next day.

When they do come, they throw things away that are still of use, move things for the sake of it, and smoke in what they said was a none smoking house.

They lied about reference fees saying they would never charge an amount when being a reference. Yet at the end of my tenancy they turned and asked for £35 for a pre written letter.

Upon my move in date they discovered they had lost the keys, promised to fix the problem in 2 days, rang up, they then said a week, this week passed i had to then move in to find nothing had been done. Which resulted in me and my father fitting a new lock our selfs and having to claim the money back of them and deliver them the spare key, to which the boss complained that £25 was a bit too expensive despite the fact we fitted it for free!

They also on several occasions do not ask or give any warning about viewings, they simply knock on your door and at other times don\'t even bother knocking.

In short, if you would like to be respected and have some peace of mind do not stay with these people, everyone who has lived in this house with me has agree\'d they would never stay with these people again.
What agent could do to change your mind?
If only they had some common decency i would give them a far better review, but it is so obvious they don\'t care for their customers, you have to fight for everything. The house would\'ve been okay value, but this completely ruins it, and frankly i am very happy to be leaving never to return!
