Went for the 'Gold' lettings service, and expected more than what I got for over £60 per month.
In fact all I got whenever I complained about the tenants was 'at least they pay the rent'. Yes, that was covering this company's fees, and that was all they cared about even though the tenancy agreement was broken several times.
I am now managing the properties myself, with a solicitor as back-up. Saving a fortune and not being taken for a ride by these people.
