I've dealt with other branches but mainly Beth from the Port Talbot Branch.
They call you/mail you back regarding your enquiries. If you decide on a viewing, they'll confirm a timing for you and will call the day before or on the day to check. This is very nice as it keeps you updated in the loop.
When viewing, Beth was fantastic. No special marketing words to deceive on a property. Everything was honest. It was refreshing and gave me such confidence in her and the company she worked for that if we ever came across problems down the line, they would be trustworthy and sort it out.
We viewed another property a couple of months later and Beth showed us on the second property. She was very pleasant and again, very honest about the whole property and even suggested things that could be done at their end to improve it prior to us moving in. Any questions we had, she asked the appropriate team member/landlord and very soon got back to us to let us know what was feasible.
After coming across a few less ideal agents, it was so nice to experience professional, respectful treatment that wasn't littered with empty promises. I liked the professionalism of the agents here so much that it puts such a big plus to choose PJC's portfolio of properties.
