I would highly recommend that you use any other agent other than Romans. Their customer service skills are awful, becoming rude with me, my partner and then my mum over the phone. Full of empty promises saying that they would sort things and call us back, which always ended up being the other way round and us having to call them to find out what was happening. Whacking on any extra costs possible on the day of move in with no explanation at all, leaving us with no other option than to pay it. Stay well away, they're useless.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Staff need to be more polite and less bullying their tactics, think some would benefit from customer service training. Also need to review their processes and procedures as they have failed on many accounts

What agent could do to change your mind?
- Less hidden clauses in the contract - More professional communication - Better in-office trained staff - Remove anti-consumer practices like partnering with energy companies for additional (unnecessary) commission - Take fewer agency fees for basic and essential paperwork (which should come from the rent cut)
