Disgusting customer service, wasted our time. Booked in to see a property, had to call 3 times because we didn't receive confirmation email. Was told it was going ahead, rearranged our day to view the property. Called 1 hour before to check if it was going ahead only to be told by Branch Manager Erica that there was nothing in the diary and they can't get us in until a week's time. Completely ridiculous, wasted our day & I feel sorry for the Landlord who probably thinks Wards are doing their best to let his property! No wonder it's been on the market over 2 months with no interest!

Comment on agent fees
I received a token reduction when buyer number two pulled out however the fees that were finally exchanged were in my view disgustingly high for the amount of actual work that was done to get me to a completed sale. Most of the info I sought myself and informed the branch and solicitors

Very poor service ... house in terrible condition by tenant , no inspection was made ever. Any broken or fixing items actual bills by trades man were not shown ever just a random figure was deducted from rent money . House not inspected in timely manner .,,tenant has made my house terrible & did not pay rents . Ward &!partners fees are expensive every month but I would not recommend anyone to go with ward & partners!! ...

If you put yourselves in the shoes of the owner of the house, if someone has an offer accepted on a property and then immediately comes back with another offer of £2,000 less would you sell your property to them? How long until they again reduce their offer later on down the line? Sounds to me like another buyer who thinks they are gold dust and that everyone should bow down to their demands.
