From the point of enquiring about the house until exchange, Loren and James were consistently friendly and helpful to ensure that we were always informed as to what stage we were at and keep us updated in the stressful waiting period. They also ensure both the sellers, sellers solicitor and our solicitor were all kept up to date and pushed to get everything sorted ASAP for us. Viewings were arranged as and when we wanted, they offered additional viewings and all viewings were very relaxed so we were able to get a proper look at the house at our own pace. Thank you so much!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
