I lived in one of their flat for 2 years. They have been always unreached and they don´t have any capacity to deliver. I left the property 2 month ago and I still awaiting for the deposit back. I get in touch with MyDeposit to claim my money however I found out the agency took my money several month ago without any consent or previous notice to me. Currently the agency has disappeared: the branch in not longer open and his owner and the rest of the staff went missing. If someone is in the same situation than me please contact me to apply to the court together. We need to do more pressure in this disgusting people. Contact email: [email protected]

the agency fee is excessive because they don't worry at all about your property once you rent the property

We have been swindled by Andrew Rhys Thickett the sole director of Robert Rhys , he hasn't registered our deposit with DPS we have reported to fraud squad so waiting for them to contact him, there must be others Swindled so more contacts the better.
