Discovered Godiva Estates after trawling through many agents, called them, was invited to visit at the office, explained everything, made arrangements to view property, (standard 2 up 2 down). Myself and my wife chose to go with the Platinum deal they offer, which is very good for new landlords like myself.
Property is now rented after 6 day on the market !!!
