This company is a disgrace and I can't warn people enough to steer clear of them and never give them your business!

I paid 6 months rent upfront for a property in Buckshaw Village, Chorley. After 5 months at the propert I was told by the branch manager AMY WARD that I will need to move out due to the landlady needing to move back in, she clearly told me over the phone that the landlady was happy for me too move out early, my girlfriend at the time was heavily pregnant and due to give birth so I was not in a position to wait around I contacted Bridgfords Preston and clearly stated I would be exiting the property early and informed them of the exact date the property would be empty. I managed to find another property, paid another 6 months upfront, completed all the necessary paperwork and move myself and my girlfriend in before our baby girl arrived, once I was moved in and our baby girl was settled I contacted AMY WARD to ask about the overpaid rent and was told that the landlady was not prepared to allow me to exit the lease early, and I will not be getting my months rent back, £550 a considerable amount for a new family to just give away allong with the 6 months rent and fees that come with moving into another property, despite AMY WARD telling me over the phone (a call that despite being told was recorded, actually was not) she had already agreed. I now find myself £550 down, given to a landlady straight out of the pocket of my new family, and when I said I would contact the landlady myself I was told by AMY WARD that she will contact her leagal team…

Bridgfords Preston is the worst, most disgusting, heartless, unethical company I have ever hand the displeasure of dealing with and AMY WARD has lied on numerous occasions about what the landlady said and wether the calls between myself and Bridgfords Preston are recorded. Myself and my new family and now £550 out of pocket while AMY WARD continues to defend and protect the landlady from returning my money after.
