I called and emailed this agency the very same day a property was listed on Rightmove. Over the course of 1.5 weeks I called 3 times as I was so keen, and was assured I was on the list of enquiries to arrange a viewing, they were just having problems pinning down dates. I called 1.5 weeks after my initial enquiry and was told the property had been let! Although I was told the landlord would allow pets, I feel I have been discriminated against because of this and taken off the list, but the most annoying thing is that I was not kept informed at any point. So sad I wasn't even given a chance to live in a house I had my heart set on.
