They must be one of the worst estate agent in Canary Wharf. Over sold and undelivered. Ashley made lots of nice promises, ¢â‚¬Å“the flat will be professionally clean, everything will be fixed, don't worry you are dealing with us directly and not the landlord¢â‚¬Â¦..¢â‚¬Â. The flat wasn't professionally cleaned, even their inventory lady agreed that the flat was really dirty and the broken sink was not changed, even Ashley promised us it will be changed before we moved it. The management team doesn't answer phone or reply emails. I had to send them over 10 emails with a week and warn them of legal actions before I have a reply from them. The dish washer is still broken even after two months living in the flat and we have sent so many emails chasing it. Now we want to move out and try to arrange a check out appointment, again can't get hold of anyone to arrange an appointment.

They are the worst nightmare ever!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
