We paid six months rent up front,(£7125) with deposit..The built-in cooker did not work,we had no cooker for 6 weeks..the cooker hood did not work,we had to wait 6 weeks for a new one..We then had hot water and heating problems for 10 weeks.The boiler kept braking down daily..We then had 2 major radiators in the house(during the winter) that did not work..We had to withhold money to get them fixed.We then reported to Crown that we had two hot water taps that were leaking in the bathroom.We then waited one month for them to be fixed,they leaked constantly.We also had two water leaks that damaged the ceiling and walls,the carpets were soaked..Crown did nothing to put it right..There are more things aswell as this.We found Crown did not what to know about any problems that the house had,they had taken our money and were not concerned about us at all.We are happy to say that we no longer rent with Crown Lettings..We are currently seeking compensation from them..If you would like our advise do not rent through Crown Lettings..
